Exchange:
In the event that your product arrives with a severe defect/imperfection, please send a picture and a detailed description. Once approved and confirmed, we will send instructions on the exchange process. In this scenario, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs to Asobo Shop.

Product Care:
Snuffle Balls: For maximum product lifespan, please handwash the enrichment toys with soap and warm water, and air to dry.
If using a washing machine, place enrichment toy in a laundry bag, use cold water and tumble dry low. 

ID Tags: To perserve tag integrity and quality, minimize long exposure to water, and avoid harsh chemicals. Use warm water to wash, and immediately dry off. For touch ups, use a permanent marker and draw over the letters. Leave for 10 minutes, then use a paper towel to remove excess ink.
